Help with a Nightcrawler-Type Build

I have been toying with the concept for a while and have just found what I needed to start it off.
The problem now is I don't really know where to take it...

Base Premise
CR2 Small(Young template alternate) Bipedal Fey Blink Dog
Dimensional Agility feat chain

Idea 1
Stalker class with Critical Edge Art
Dual Weapon with high crit (Kukri or Scimitar)

Idea 2
Monk Disarm Specialist

Any thoughts or ideas?
