In the "I feel cheated" thread, the most recent post by fruityjanitor mentioned the need to save Haley's father, then casually mentioned unrelated that Nale/Elan's father might play a role in the future. Nale/Elan's father was a leader of an unstoppable army... the type of army to tyrannically conquer a nation? Could Tyrinar the Bloody (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0131.html) be Nale/Elan's Father (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0050.html)?

It's been discussed numerous times. It's a common theory on this forum that Lord Tyrinar is Nale's and Elan's father. So common that I'm starting to disbelive it... it's too obvious.

Ah, sorry for bringing it up. While I've been a forum member for a while I go for long periods without checking up. *shrugs*

I think that the obviousness of it might lead readers to discard the idea of Tyrinar being their father as being too obvious, while that is what might be intended all along. :smalltongue:
