so I want to gain some skirmish damage for my swiftblade but I have not the option to go scout for a a few levels
so I ask how much would a pair of boots that grant 2d6 skirmish cost ?

Well, first there's the issue of whether the Swift Surge (Ex) ability counts the same as having the skirmish ability. The text says it stacks with skirmish, but it also doesn't list the same conditions and limitations that we'd expect to see if this extra damage was supposed to be treated the same way as skirmish damage. You didn't mention if you had another source of skirmish outside of Swiftblade.

Assuming that issue has been settled... the Rogue's Vest in MIC increases sneak attack, sudden strike, or skirmish by +1d6 for 18K. Using that as a rough guideline... 36K for +2d6 might be somewhere near the ballpark.
