How would the Elocater's Opportunistic Strike interact with Improved Manyshot?

Depends on whether your DM considers Manyshot to be a single "attack" or not. It's pretty clear that all the arrows use one attack roll, but other things like DR treat them separately, so it's not clear if having a combined roll makes them count as a single attack for all purposes.
