Eldritch Archer and Rapid Shot

Can an Eldritch Archer Magus use Ranged Spell Combat, Ranged Spellstrike, and Rapid Shot at the same time?

For example. A level 8 magus full attacks. She uses ranged spell strike and ranged spell combat to channel a magus spell with a normal ranged touch attack into an extra attack at the highest attack bonus. Thus the attack routine would be

Full Bab -2 spellstrike/Full bab -2 first attack/Full bab -7 iterative.

Can this be combine with rapid shot to get

Full Bab -4 spellstrike/Full bab -4 first attack/ Full bab -4 rapid shot/Full bab -9 iterative.

Further, can the magus use a cantrip like acid splash to fuel the ranged spell strike/spell combat?

Yes, cantrips are specifically noted to be eligible for a regular spell strike, there's no reason that wouldn't apply to ranged spell strike.
As for rapid shot, almost certainly. Spell combat has errata stating that it counts as a full attack action for the purposes of "haste and other effects".
