The Empire of the Ghouls- Where to find it?

I've been crawling the web to find anywhere that sells or has available for download a pdf or physical copy of The Empire of Ghouls (http://www.wolfgangbaur.com/projects/Empire_of_the_Ghouls.php). I love Wolfgang Bauer, but recently his 3.5 stuff has been harder to find.

I've tried emailing them but they never responded.
Anyone have any luck or a copy of this?

Empire of the Ghouls was a closed patronage project from Open Design. It is not, nor has been, available for open sale. Mr. Baur was doing crowdfunding before it was cool.

That being said, you could try koboldpress.com. Someone on the forums there might have a copy they'd be willing to part with. It won't be cheap, but it costs nothing to ask.

Alternatively, most of the setting details (if not the adventures) are included in the Imperial Gazetteer and Advanced Races 2: Darakhul.
