Ok so I'm keeping on playing the guitar, I know like three or so songs and I practice every day but there are two songs now that I'm trying to pick up.

One of them contains Barre chords which I've yet to master and wanted to know if there was any advice

And then there was one with some really confusing tab.

Any advice?

Barre chords just need to be done with practice. Lots of it. And understanding that you're not going to sound good when you start, but it will get better. There's not a whole lot of tricks for it.
The only one I can think of is using your pinky more when not doing barre chords. Specificly when playing E-chords and A-chords, cause those are the most common chord shapes for barre chords.

As to the tab, what exactly are you confused about on it? Cause it looks pretty normal to me?

I'm stuck on the part where it wants me to play two notes at once how does it want me to play them? Open note not at all I have no clue.

I'm telling you this as someone who learned guitar self-taught:
If you want to learn guitar, get a teacher!

Otherwise you will eventually waste 2 years of practice just for unlearning all the bad habits you picked in the 5 years you taught yourself.
Save yourself that time and do it right.

Urban legends dictate that many famous rock musicians never got guitar lessons. Let me tell you that most of them are untrue.

About your linked tab: this is for fingerpicking style, which allows to play two notes at once.
You can replicate it with a pick by muting the strings inbetween and strumming it as a chord. But that will sound different, of course.
