So, the Bloodbag Imp(Fiend Folio 98) has the interesting ability to allow a creature to drink its blood, dealing 2 points of damage, to recover 1 hp. The Bloodbag Imp also has Regeneration 4.
Once bound with Lesser Planar Binding, it's an infinite out-of-combat healing battery.
But, couldn't an IV be stuck in each of its arms, drawing 2 doses of blood each round, and creating vats of healing blood?
I can't seem to find any sort of IV apparatus in any book though. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Just put a cauldron under it and and get it to bleed into there.
Would that work?

Certain wounds, such as those caused by bat swarms, keep bleeding until a heal check is made or healing magic is used on the creature.

Regeneration is an (Ex) ability, so it isn't healing magic.

Simply summon a bat swarm with Summon Swarm, let it attack the imp for four rounds, then dismiss it. You now have an imp who's continuously bleeding from multiple tiny wounds, which somehow don't close even though he regenerates the blood.

Eberron has the following magic item, available here (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20060911a&page=3). Put it under the imp and wait as it fills the barrel.

Barrel of Preserving Pine

This enchanted barrel perfectly preserves any liquid stored within.

Description: The barrel prevents contamination, fermentation, evaporation, and coagulation. It does not, however, purify any liquids that are already contaminated when placed within. The Blood of Vol sells these items (always through commercial proxies) to various private businesses; they are popular among innkeepers, who use them to preserve various exotic beverages.

Aura/Caster Level: Faint transmutation. CL 1st.

Construction: Craft Wondrous Item, purify food and drink.

Weight: 30 lb.

Price: 500 gp.

It's incredibly cheap, and can hold a few dozen gallons of blood.

The DM might rule that since regeneration converts lethal damage into non-lethal damage it prevents the blood loss. Either way the swarm can't damage it thanks to damage reduction (or so I thought, the srd wording is not what I remembered and suggests that rolling a 6 on swarm damage would still break through even though the individual bites are max 1 each). Solution is to just find a different singular creature or weapon with the same ability and get it to count as silver or good, which will bypass both the DR and the regeneration.

Shadow Sun Ninja + [anything undead on tap] = infinite out-of-combat healing. Tome of Battle. Comes online at ECL 6, and isn't half bad to squeeze in either; a Rogue build can just dip Unarmed Swordsage 1 (or take Improved Unarmed Strike as a bonus feat while dipping Swordsage 1), and gets infinite healing as well as a maneuver known and a full IL. Entirely workable into a build, and honestly not gamebreaking at all; a lot of DMs get scared by out-of-combat healing, but get yours to think about whether or not they're really trying to put them into HP attrition and you'll probably be gold.
