Paladin 8/Bard 4/Mystic Theurge 3/Sublime Chord 1/Mystic Theurge 4

Devoted Performer
From Smite to Song
Practiced Spellcaster
Slippers of Battledancing

7th Level Arcane Spells
4th Level Divine Spells
+Cha to Saves and Damage
Casting by Cha for Arcane Spells

Any ACFs that let Paladins use Cha as their casting stat?

Illumians have an option to change what stat grants bonus spells, which is probably all you really care about.

Also, don't forget to grab Travel Devotion to activate your slippers and still attack

Would it not be better to take Sublime Chord before any levels of Mystic Theurge?

Consider also Melodic Casting feat (sub perform check for Concentration check, and can cast while using bardic music).

Gauntlets of Heartfelt Blows add your CHA bonus in fire damage to every melee hit.

Mystic Theurge advances bard until it can let it cast 3rd level spells, a pre-req for sublime chord.

If you want to be really weird, you can take sword of the arcane order and divine bard to switch things up a bit.
SotAO/mystic fire also lets you enter ultimate magus. It'll also crank up your caster level by ridiculous amounts.

Travel Devotion won't work with the Slippers, which explicitly require a move action to activate the attack/damage bonus (unless you're happy with just a standard attack). You'd need to use hustle to do full attacks semi-reliably. Tempo Bloodspike (150 GP, Magic of Eberron) could work in a pinch, but that might get expensive.

Some comments:

Have you considered using Divine Crusader for your divine side? Smaller spell list, but Cha focused and higher level spells.

Also, Mystic Theurge really slows down your melee capabilities due to hits to your BAB. It would requires some finagling, but Fochlucan Lyris can progress both arcane and divine side with full BAB. You can get evasion with two feats and druidic by playing a Hellbred.

Really? Dang, that's rough.

Instead of taking four levels of Bard, take Apprentice (Performer) and Heartfire Fanner. You get BM as your HF level +4 and advance your Paladin casting. Use Southern Magician to qualify for SC.

This. Heartfire Fanner grants the Bardic music abilities of a 5th level bard, plus some pretty awesome ones of its own (a bard song that grants allies (not you) temporary use of a fighter bonus feat).

Southern Magician is 3.0, so run it by your DM. But it enables you to convert and (3rd level, in this case) spell so it's cast as an arcane spell. That would require taking Paladin to 11th level, also, which would help with BAB.

So Paladin 11/HeartFire Fanner 1/Sublime Chord 1/Mystic Theurge 7

Would have (I think, calculating this from memory) 16 BAB, Divine casting like an 18 Level Paladin, and Arcane casting like an 8th level SC (8th level arcane spells).

Sword of the Arcane Order is probably far better than Southern Magician or any other feat of that kind in this situation. Not only do you get the arcane spells, but you get a good CL for those and access to the Sor/Wiz spells.

Wraithstrike, here you come.

How about Bard 8/ Paladin 2/ Sublime Chord 2/ Abjurant Champion 5/ Sacred Exorcist 3?
