I'm AFB, but do does the durable feat synergize with the second wind ability for fighters?

There is no direct overlap, if that is what you mean.

Durable helps recovery by maximizing the hp return on hit dice spent during short rests. It also has a little Con bump.

Second Wind is a bonus action that can occur any time, but generally during combat.

The two mechanics do not affect each other - there is no overlap. Both provide decent hp recovery, however, and can work along side each other without interfering with each other.

Durable helps recovery by maximizing the hp return on hit dice spent during short rests.

Durable does NOT maximize recovery, it only increases the minimum amount you get with expending hit dice during short rests.
It gives you double your constitution modifier or your hit die + your con modifier, whichever is higher. No matter how high your Con modifier is, it will never be more or equal to your maximum.

Just to be clear:
HD 1d6 and Con +5 = 6 to 11 without Durability. With Durability you'll get 10 to 11.
HD 1d8 and Con +5 = 6 to 13 without Durability. With Durability you'll get 10 to 13.
HD 1d10 and Con +5 = 6 to 15 without Durability. With Durability you'll get 10 to 15.
HD 1d12 and Con +5 = 6 to 17 without Durability. With Durability you'll get 10 to 17.

As you can see, even with the maximum of +5 con modifier (for most characters) you won't get maximum hit points, although the smaller your hit die is, the bigger chunk of the maximum result you'll get.
In fact, even the 20th level barbarian wouldn't get more than 14 to 19 hit points per die.

As to OP question. If I understood your question right, no. Durable doesn't affect your hit point gain with Second Wind. Durable applies only to expending Hit Dice during a short rest. Second Wind, while equal in size to Fighter's Hit Die, isn't a Hit Die gained from Fighter levels.
