Harley post-traumatic "language"

I'm really new to this forum and just started Oots few weeks ago, and I got curious about things that doesn't seems to matter..
So, is there any real meaning in what Harley says after her "lovely collection of gold" blows up? Do you guys have some translation guide, or is all just true blabbing?

The only misspelling I see in your post is in the name - it's Haley, not Harley.

All of the Haley gibberish is real speech run through a simple substitution cipher (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Substitution_cipher), with a different cipher key for each comic. There were a lot of people practically competing to decipher each new update the fastest when that part of the story was ongoing, and the results are gathered in one place here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?4909-What-Haley-Said-Compilation). The translations are also given in the printed book. Even the book doesn't translate comic #250 (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0250.html), though.

All of Haley's speeches during that period use a simple substitution cipher (e.g. where you consistently replace one letter with another), but I think the substitution is not always the same for each strip. The actual decoded speech is listed in the printed book for those strips, though.

She's looking at Miko, she's heard her totally-devout, unbudgeable beliefs, and she's thinking: 'Cult.' 'Massive cult.' 'Total cult.' 'Absolute cult!'

About the internal contest, it must have been really fun all the challenge and excitement. And after reading the translations, my guesses weren't of all wrong.
