Is their a uniform system to handle rules for creating
Vehicles, tanks, aircrafts, boats, submarines,
Trains, bikes, helicopters, space ships,
Labdspeeders, jet bikes, grav tanks,
Trucks, robot, jeeps, cars, ... and basically any other
Kind of vehicle or machine?

Including their costs

Ive seen many different systems that each seem to
Handle a few of the above and that are mostly incompatible

What do people use if they need to represent any kid of machine or vehicle or craft etc ?

What or which systems are preferred?

D20 Modern has some stuff.

D20 40K has pretty comprehensive rules on the subject.

Any hints on what book(s), webpage(s), etc ... to look for in
order to find the statistics for vehicles and starships from
starwars and startrek using the same system as the vehicles
and starships from the links you found?

I would love to be able to mix and match vehicles and starships from
40k, starwars and startrek.

Also...

the above seems based on d20 future rules which seems to be
incompatible with starship rules based on d20 modern ?

Sounds like a good idea :)

Just wanted to check that there wasn't any existing stuff

I found out that one of my star wars books actually had D20 future stats for star wars starship and the data seems very compatible so that just leaves me with the task of creating star trek starship

For that I found a lot of information online, regarding transport capacity, weapons etc

Next I would need to create star wars specific vehicles/machines

For star trek I can refluff the 40k ones...
basically just
A buggy... or maybe even just use stats for civilian vehicles

the above seems based on d20 future rules which seems to be incompatible with starship rules based on d20 modern ?

Saying the d20 Future starship rules are incompatible with d20 Modern is like saying that psionics are incompatible with the Player's Handbook.

d20 Future is a rules expansion. As such, it inevitably includes new rules (including, to your apparent surprise, rules for starships). You'll need d20 Future to make sense of anything designed using those rules. Kind of like how you need XPH to make sense of a homebrew psionic power.

well all star trek stuff I found that used the D20 rules had an alternate
system for star ships that was different from D20 future rules...
the authors claims that it is a system based on D20 modern ?

My surprise is that the star wars d20 books doesn't use
D20 future starship rules and instead uses some incompatible starship rules they claim to be
D20 modern based.

Those specific starship rules are too different from
The D20 Future Rules and hence starship stats are
Quite different in the 2 systems.

I found some D20 future star trek stuff though...

https://d20-future-from-the-cold-heart-of-space.obsidianportal.com/

So I now have complete stats for most 40k, star wars and star trek vehicles and star ships :)

I looked at my D20 star trek prime directive book, and I can use the classes, races etc... but not the star ships it seems...

EDIT

seems that I can use ALOT of the above stuff :)

the universe I will use this stuff in -->> http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?475339-Post-Rift-multiverse&p=20317139#post20317139

-------

If using FTL drives such as warp, transwarp and
hyperdrive? to escape battle then any opponent within
1000 ft (2 sq.) Gets a free attack on your vessel.
Opponents may also choose to follow in to
FTL, if they can then battle continues.

Cloaking device works as invisibility except the
Starship needs to be visible to fire or grapple

To beam someone aboard requires
That the shield is down

Any non starship such as machines, mechas, PC or NPC hit directly by a starship weapon, takes 10x the amount of damage due to the larger size of a
Starship weapon. PC or NPC in a spacesuit will still
Suffer 10x the damage.
