Stinkbomb/flashbang alchemical items?

Is there an item that combines a thunderstone with a flash pellet? There are a lot of sourcebooks out there, which is why I'm asking.

Is there anything like a stinkbomb? Something that negates scent in a fairly wide area? I know about scentbreaker from faerun, which is not quite what I'm looking for.

1) Sovereign glue a flash pellet and a thunderstone together? :-D

2) Catstink (CAdv. p118) is sort of like what you're describing, but it focuses on making someone lose your trail when they use scent to track you. Not exactly what you were asking for, but it seems reasonable to assume that the Catstink actually negates scent for a little while.
