Are there any wizard prestige classes that don't require feats or skills, just casting?

Technically eldritch knight, but there really aren't many caster PrCs without some skill or feat prereqs.

Are there any others? (Looking for early entry possible PrCs)

If that's what you're worried about, why not just get early access to higher spell levels? Precocious Apprentice and/or Versatile Spellcaster are some options that can work.

I created a build that can get spells really early and am looking for prestige classes that I can use for it.

Try Master Specialist.
With Spell Focus and Precocious Apprentice feats you can enter it as lv2 Wizard. Wizard 2 / Master spec 4 / whatever is a pretty common build start.

What! That is easily enterable at 3rd level within CORE!

While it of extremely little use to Wizards (Control Winds as a 5th level spell and Holy Word are nice) you can get into Rainbow Servant with 4 skill ranks in Knowledge Arcana and 3rd level spells. So you can get into it at level 2.

Wizard 1/Rainbow Servant 4/Something else X would be pretty good, even if it isn't as good as Beguiler 1/Rainbow Servant 10 in it's upgrade over the standard class. But most classes set their requirements to include some skill which sets a hard limit.

Out of curiosity, what is the build you are using that gets access to higher level spells?

Sometimes a level can matter.
Ok. Try entering Magelord. It can be entered as early as Wiz3 with some flaws if you somehow manage to get access to lv5 spells.

Spellhoarding Loredrake Half-Dragon Gray Elf Wizard 3
Heighten Spell, Earth Sense, Earth Spell, Eldritch Corruption
Extra Spell.

I mean sure, I guess, but you are a level 7 character, so why not just be a level 5 Wizard with two PrC levels or even a level 1 or 2 Wizard with 5-6 PrC levels instead?

You could totally just slap on Illumian + Heighten+Sanctum Spell+Extra spell and grind out a 9th level slot if you really cared and your DM is letting that fly.

Because with that build I can have 6th level spells. Thanks for the idea though.

Extra Spell.

That doesn't work, since Spellhoarding and Loredrake both require you be a true dragon.

Human or Elf Paragon, which you can enter at level 1.

It will cost you a caster level though so YMMV.

Ruathar (Races of the Wild). It's also enterable at level 2 with the right feats and GM acceptance.
