3.P somatic components and two weapon fighting

I want to try a two weapon fighting bard build (snowflake war dance and all that jazz) and I'm wondering what's the best way to work around the need for somatic components to cast my spells.

Cheapest: Use a weapon that doesn't take a hand. Armor Spikes, Spiked Gauntlets, Guantlets are all possible.
Simplest: Somatic Weaponry feat, lets you use a hand for somatic components while holding a weapon.
