I have a Ultimate Magus build. 1 Beguiler/1 Specialized Conjuror/3 Elf Paragon (Progressing Wizard)/5 Ultimate Magus (Thanks to Practiced Spellcaster all levels will go to wizard).

I have 49k to spend and dont have much of a clue on what to spend it on.

The other problem is that we are using a modified game system. The general spell list is severely curtailed, while spells from my specialized school (Conjuration) can come from any book, I banned Enchantment and Evocation. The available general list is as follows:

Sorcerer/Wizard (Generalist) spell list
The new Sorcerer/Wizard (generalist) list is presented below. It takes certain "key"
spells that only specialists should have and removes them. Other spells are bumped
back a level, so that the generalist gets them, but not as early. Specialist wizards
use the original spell lists (as printed in the PHB) for their school of specialization,
and this list for all other non-prohibited schools.

Why Elf Paragon?

What's your starting ECL? What sources are allowed? What else should we know?

Starting ECL is 10, I laid out the levels that I had taken. I chose elf paragon because if you skip a level of wizard getting into Ultimate Magus you can take the 3 levels of Ultimate Magus's low level only as your wizard. So at tenth level I'm an 8th level Wizard and a 4th level Beguiler. My plan is to finish out Ultimate Magus and then take 5 levels of Abjurant Champion. Was just looking for help with spell and gear selection because of how curtailed my choices are.

As for sources. For gear and Conjuration spells all sources are available. For the generalist side of things, only the list I provided unfortunately. Ive considered that for this campaign a Shadowcraft Mage could be better because of how open ended I could get my spell selection to be, but I figure that if were going to use these rules then I should try and work within them to spirit of them lol.

Well, this house rule modifies the Sor/Wiz list, so I don't think SCM would actually expand your spell options.

Shadowcraft Mage doesn't directly expand your spell options, but it makes certain spell options a lot more versatile: by preparing Heightened Silent Image, you're preparing Silent Image (already a versatile spell) as well as any Conjuration/Evocation spell Shadowcraft Mage allows you to duplicate with Silent Image. This allows you to essentially prepare a particular spell while still having a lot of different ways you could deploy that spell (summon something, create an object, blast somebody, or use it as a normal illusion spell).

So did anyone have any suggestions on how they would set up a their daily allotment of spells? Best spells to take? Best Conjuration Spells to know since I can take those at the correct level and from any source?

My first suggestion would be to take a glance through optimization guides for wizards, to see what spells normally get suggested.
