In the SRD, there is the 'bottle of air', the 'necklace of adaptation', the 'apparatus of the crab', and the 'iridescent spindle ioun stone'.

If you have outside help, Then a Temporal Stasis spell would keep you alive.

To my knowledge, there are two different set of rules on how "voids" work. In FCI p. 113, not needing to breathe is enough; but as per Elder Evil's 23; voids are a lot deadlier than that.

Necklace of Adaptation is the only reliable means of protection from the latter, as far as I know.
