Feat to Know an Arcane Spell?

I seem to recall that somewhere there is a feat that let's know like one arcane spell, similar to the shape soulmeld feat, but I just can't find it. Looking for it as a way to satisfy an "able to cast arcane spells" requirement without a class dip. If anyone knows where/what it is, or anything similar, would be a big help. Thanks in advance!

Magical Training, from Player's Guide to Faerun.

Magical Training gives you some cantrips, but is Human or Elf only. Human Heritage can help you qualify for it, though.

There is also KoK either Magically Adept or Magical Affinity. Which gives Int in 0 level spells per day without class or slot limitations. The type is left more vague, but thought I'ld mention it.

Wasn't there also a feat somewhere that gave you Divine Osirons?

Minor Divine Spellcasting, with the prerequisites God Touched and Divine Channeler.
