I am coming from 3.x so please bear with me if this whole thing falls apart at the onset.
This post is about half theoretical and half serious.

Assuming Create Demiplane can be set to a spell trap just like it could in 3.x... And assuming that Magic Items you create that cast spells are also considered to be you casting the spell...

Could we put Create Demiplane into a magic trap and have a tireless creature endlessly activate said trap? Especially if the demiplane has the fast time trait?
Can traps still be put in weapons like 3.x? If so is there a way to get the activation even faster?

Why not multiple traps set up in a ring with the tireless construct running around and around to activate them as fast as possible?
With a larger construct our trap triggerer can move through more space and therefore activate even more traps.

So how fast can we get this thing moving? A higher movement speed would allow an even larger ring which would allow for even faster demiplane growth right?

There aren't repeating magical traps in Pathfinder, at least not as a craftable thing with a defined price. However, Staves are rechargeable now, so it is possible to do this, albeit rather slower (1/day/staff).

It might honestly be faster to do it yourself using Blood Money. You can have Simulacra do the Permanency part, but (absent a 26th-level character to copy), they're not going to be able to use any form of Create Demiplane themselves.

Now if you do posit the existence of N-level characters for Simulacrum purposes, then this is easy. Just make a Simulacrum of a non-resource-using caster (such as Sorcerer) that has Blood Money, Contingency, Lesser Restoration, and Simulacrum. At this point, they can replicate themselves at no resource cost, so within a few weeks you have a lot of them. Give them Create Demiplane and Permanency too, and they can make a massive demiplane that grows at an exponential rate.
