I am an attorney, but I do not specialize in copy right / intellectual property. I have not thoroughly reviewed the SGL, but I am savvy enough to realize that nuances might exist beyond a plain reading of the document anyway.
Here is my question: does the SGL allow for live-play podcasts set in Forgotten Realms? I doubt anyone would prosecute for copyright over a podcast, as it generally tends to promote the product and effectively acts like free advertising.
