How would you turn a Spirit Binder's familiar into a PC?

I'm playing a spirit binder wizard (and some other cross classing). How could I as a player turn my familiar (which is flavored as being a deceased loved one's soul transferred into the body of an animal) into a human permanently?

A Wish or Miracle spell could restore the loved one's body to its rightful form. You might be able to get away with Polymorph Any Object.
