I saw the midnight opening last night. It was an amazing movie. Aside from a couple of glaring examples, it followed Marvel plot to the point.
The glaring examples:
Okay, Silver Surfer's power is so not "centered" on his board. He controls it with his mind. Arrrrghh.
For what it's worth, the cinema's interpretation of Galactus was quite good. But that didn't change the fact that I wanted to see a 300-foot tall man in purple going "YOUR PLANET SHALL BE VEREH MUNCHY!!!!"
That would have made my day. And month.
