I don't think adamantium weapon will do, diamond is too hard.

Using another diamond to grind it should work.

Also, magic can decrease the diamond's hardness to the point that you could punch it apart. It doesn't matter for spells, it's still diamond.

Fabricate is the first thing that comes to mind.

Shouldn't the method of dustifying it not be all that dissimilar from cutting it in the first place?

Craft(Material Components)?

There's no such thing.

Just grind it with Riverine Mortar and Pestle, those are Hardness: Infinite.

Get a bog standard hammer and smash the diamond repeatedly? Diamond is pretty brittle.

Really, any kind of good rock crushing device should work.

What they said.

Diamonds are made of plain 'ol carbon, arranged into a lattice that gives them tremendous hardness. The problem is, however, that they have essentially zero flexibility, and thus break like rocks.

Always good for a laugh, seeing diamond equipment in old RPGs.

Thirded. Diamond has tremendous resistance to slashing damage, but virtually none to bludgeoning damage.

Just make sure you put it in a leather bag first. You don't want your little pieces flying everywhere.
