Spells That Grant Other Spells

I know of a handful of spells (and powers) that grant other spell effects, both directly and indirectly, such as mental pinnacle granting several powers (and the power points to manifest them), summon monster, planar binding, and gate, which give you access to creatures that cast additional spells and spell-likes ranging along entire additional spell lists (generally wizard and cleric), and undermaster, which grants a slew of them.

What other spells are there, and what do they give you access to?

Astral construct: concussion blast, energy bolt (and dimension slide, but it only affects the construct)

Mental pinnacle: mind thrust, ego whip, psionic blast, id insinuation, psychic crush

The summon monster, summon nature's ally, and planar binding lines, as well as shapechange, greater metamorphosis, and gate: the cleric spell list, and occasionally the wizard spell list.

Undermaster: earthquake, excavate, flesh to stone, meld into stone, move earth, reverse gravity, soften earth and stone, statue, stone shape, stone tell, stone to flesh, transmute mud to rock, transmute rock to mud, tunnel swallow, wall of stone, and xorn movement

Simulacrum, ice assassin: Of a spellcaster or spellcasting creature.

Are there any others? Is there a handbook for this sort of thing? And in specific, is there a spell that grants multiple uses of telekinesis?

Any Spell and Greater Any Spell may fall into what you are talking about they are Cleric Spells in the Spell Domain.

Best way I know to get lots of Telekinesis is Binder with Ronove, but it's only good with lots of Binding levels, so it doesn't come online with a Dip.

You could also PB/Gate a ghost from the Ethereal Plane, as they can TK at will (with a small cooldown.)

Looking for a spell to give a psicrystal, preferably one that grants multiple shots with telekinesis, since it only gets the spell (or power) 1/day. Spells and powers are a bit interchangeable, since the character can use spells as powers.

This is your best bet - it'll allow your psicrystal to cast/manifest nearly anything.

No, you misunderstand. You manifest Soul Crystal, put whatever power you want in it along with some PP, and cellotape it to your psicrystal. Your psicrystal can then use it to manifest that power at your ML using the PP you put in there.

Imbue With Spell Ability for some limited clerical spellcasting.

No, you misunderstand. You manifest Soul Crystal, put whatever power you want in it along with some PP, and cellotape it to your psicrystal. Your psicrystal can then use it to manifest that power at your ML using the PP you put in there.

Or, if you're an Erudite, just use it for yourself to bypass your unique powers per day limitation. That works too.

You can also bring in some creature with imbue with spell ability or psychic chirurgery to borrow its magic in one way or another.

It only calls Fey though, so it has overlap with Spirit Binding and Spirit Ally.
