How do I cast a spell thru my familiar? Also where is this feat located? I was unable to find it during our session so I skipped it while leveling.

You can use your familiar to deliver a touch spell, like so:

If the master is 3rd level or higher, a familiar can deliver touch spells for him. If the master and the familiar are in contact at the time the master casts a touch spell, he can designate his familiar as the "toucher." The familiar can then deliver the touch spell just as the master could. As usual, if the master casts another spell before the touch is delivered, the touch spell dissipates.
You can also use the Spell-Linked Familiar feat (PH2) to allow your familiar to cast a small number of spells on its own.

The feat to gain a familiar is Obtain Familiar, from Complete Arcane.

Don't forget to nab Improved Familiar to get something with a little more oomph. Duskblades have the BAB and HP to make an Improved Familiar a lovely little melee buddy.
