No, not that clownfish (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finding_Nemo), this Clownfish (http://clownfish-translator.com/linux.html)! I really would like to install this, but I am leery of anything that requires really diving deep into the guts of my computer, at least without human assistance.
Help me, Playground?

I may be misunderstanding something, but everything you need seems to be right there on the page? You open a terminal on your Ubuntu installation, type in the three commands listed in the black box about half-way down the right-hand side of the page (you'll need to re-enter your login password after each), then download the Ubuntu .DEB installation that's offered and double-click it. It's not like the thing is asking you to compile the program from source yourself (which is something Linux installers used to do all the time).

Could also do sudo apt-key keystuff, sudo apt-add-repository repositorystuff, sudo apt-get install clownfish I think?

OK, just making sure. It seemed to need some of the wxWidget stuff to install and THAT looked a lot more complicated.

Sorry to double post, but, yeah, tried that, failed. How do I install the wxWidgets?
