[3.5E] Build help - Rogue/Sorc/Arcane trickster

I can use PHB, PHB2 the complete series and the forgotten realms campaign books

My goal with this build is to basically play something fun but, not too strong
I'd like to be able to sneak attack off of ranged magic, I'd like to be somewhat of a stealthy utility mage if possible
