opportunity attacks are once only correct?

Opportunity attacks require a reaction to use, and PCs only get one reaction per round/turn (the time between their actions in combat) correct?

I don't have my guide atm as I'm awaiting a new one due to 'binder overcrowding' lol. Thanks for the help.

You remember correctly. One reaction per round, which is what OAs draw on. The only way to get more is to use the tunnel fighter fighting style from the Underdark Unearthed Arcana.
