You know I was searching around for a bunch and really just found Giant in the Playground and RPG forum in reddit to have the best, most responsive crowd, and also the best interface (then again internets confuse me, so I put a lot of importance into that).

It's not exactly a forum as such, but the worldbuilding stackexchange is quite interesting.
