I'm looking to build a Blue Tactician (Battle Medic), starting level is 3, but I hope to get to 20, maybe even epic levels, later on. I need advice on what powers and feats I should get. What I've got on stats so far is; Str 7, Dex 16, Con 14, Int 19, Wis 13, Cha 10
Any advice is appreciated, because I'm going to be mainly supporting and avoiding front-line combat.
