Fighter/Cleric Ruling?

I have a Fighter level 6 and have 1 level in cleric.

So my question is this, If I use Extra Attack and Action Surge together I get 2 attack action multiplied by 2 with Extra Attack to get a total of 4 and a possible bonus action which War Clerics get one weapon attack as a bonus action and since I get a bonus action from action surge does that mean I get 2 bonus actions and if so would that give me 2 extra attacks, which would total 6 attacks? Ok so what your saying is I only get 5 attacks not 6.

Any normal fighter Dual Wielding would also have 5 attacks in this situation
As well as any Polearm user

And by "Polearm user", Talamare means "Polearm Master (via feat) using a polearm."
