Take Over Spell

You can take over spells that are being maintained by the concentration of another caster within 10 feet willing to give up control. From that point on the other wizard is free to perform other actions and it is your concentration that maintains the spell. You need not know the spell to maintain it but it must be one that your wiz/sorc level and restricted schools would not forbid.

Output Spell

You can channel the stored energy of a prepared spell to another willing caster within ten feet who performs the somatic and verbal components of the spell and fully controls the magic. In terms of potency it is no different than if you yourself cast it. The other caster must know the output spell.

Join Spell

You can join another willing caster that is concentrating on a spell by casting the same spell again. Rather than creating a new effect you instead join in maintaining the first spell and share control. If one of you loses concentration the spell will not end.

Combine Spells

You may combine your spell with that of another willing caster. If you cast the same spell with the same target rather than have two castings they can combine to form a single maximized spell.

Are these feats? If they are they should be written using the proper formatting for metamagic feats.

Yes, they are feats. I'll fix the formatting.
