Quick Warblade Maneuver question

To renew my maneuvers all I need to do is make a standard attack correct (fluff aside)? Can I do this at any time or do I have to use all maneuvers I have readied?

Not quite.

You need to make a Swift action to prepare to refresh.
Then either use a Standard action to showboat or make a normal attack (Standard action though some argue a full attack also qualifies).

Once you do all you maneuvers(even if you had some left) are refreshed.
