With as few class-levels as possible.
Also, preferably that works with Tibbit's shape change...which...should always be the case, but idk if there are any special rules.

A dip into Alchemist can give you Feral Mutagen.

The Phantom Limb (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/p/phantom-limb) spell can give you an extra pair of arms (and claw attacks to go with them).

That's cool. And I've got back paws that don't have claw attacks, so I can definitely benefit from those...lol. Might be hard to convince GMs that I also gain an additional bite though.

Decent, but requires quite a deal of levels to obtain.

There's a Lamashtu religion trait that gives you a 1d2 bite attack if you don't already have one. Don't remember what it's called; 'Mother's Maw,' I think?
There's also the Ring of Rat Fangs for 5,000 gp, which gives the wearer a 1d4 primary bite attack.

That would be Mother's Teeth (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/religion-traits/mother-s-teeth). The Mother's Maw (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/outsiders/heralds/mother-s-maw) is the name of Urgathoa's herald. Mother's Teeth is notable because it can be taken by pretty much any character - Lamashtu (http://pathfinder.wikia.com/wiki/Lamashtu) is an ascended demon lord, but a CN "gnolls are people too" cleric would fit in most parties, and non-cleric followers can be of any alignment.
