I have always been a fan of thrower builds and this one is way cool! What would your AC and Saves look like with this build?

Kinda hard to say. 19/11/7 for base saves, I think. More if fractional saves are allowed. For AC, maybe about 24 from armor/dex/enhancement. Magic items will boost them quite a bit, but I can't be bothered with WBL and stuff right now. This build could really benefit with an artificer on hand for magic items now that I think about it.

my thoughts:
If dragon magazine is allowed this fighter ACF might be useful:
Dragon Magazine #310
Exoticist: Dazzling Display, Exotic Attack, Strange Strike, Loses Martial Weapon Proficiency, gains four Exotic Weapon Proficiencies
might not be worth it since it doesnt have all fighter feats to choose from

feat that could be useful:
Hurling Charge from Miniatures Handbook

Most of the Bloodstorm Blade throwing abilities depend on expending Iron Heart maneuvers. You're also taking Zhentarim Fighter level 10, which (iirc) doesn't really do anything. I'd suggest dipping warblade 1, to get a refresh mechanic, better saves, better hit die, better skills, more maneuvers known (save feats!), and INT to reflex saves.

Minor nitpick: how are you getting two swift actions per turn? Thunderous throw requires a swift action to activate, and so does the belt of battle.

Well, when I statted it up I intended for that 10th fighter level to be taken at 20th. Warblade would free up two feats but would push peak effectiveness up a level. Overall it would probably be better, taking it after barbarian.

Thanks for pointing that out, I missed that.
