The condition stuned says "a creature is incapacitated and cannot move". Thus an incapacitated creature, can by RAW move. What's to stop him from moving up to a wall and hit his nose in order to wake up from a hypnotic pattern spell?

The line in Hypnotic Pattern's description that says a creature charmed by the spell has a movement speed of 0.

Conditions state what they do to you, Incapacitated merely states you may not use actions/reactions

So, yes you can move

What would be an example of an effect that incapacitate you but allow you to move? Any spells that only incapacitate you and nothing else?

Like a flashbang? overloads your sensory input and sends you into shock, but you can technically still stumble around ... maybe.

On a related note, can incapacitated people still concentrate on spells?

One of the poisons incapacitates the target, but doesn't restrict movement.

I'd say that smacking yourself into a wall hard enough to take damage requires the use of an action. Maybe if you could walk into something damaging or provoke an AoO.

Incapacitation without being KO'd sounds like it would need a concentration save to keep a spell going. DC 10 or 15 sounds fair to me

It says in the PHB under the spellcasting chapter that you can no longer concentrate on spells if you are incapacitated.

Modify Memory for one. Target can theoretically snap itself out of the incapacitation by causing falling damage to itself, especially if it's a natural flier like an Aarakocra.
