Did any1 happen to copy the Master of many forms bible from wotc's forum?

The original was sadly lost with the forums when they went down. However, there is a copy of the text from the guide here[http://www.enworld.org/forum/showthread.php?471903-Updated-Master-of-Many-Forms-Bible-Official-Wild-Shape-Rules-May-2006-(HarzerKatze)]. (Please forgive the link format as I am posting from my phone).

It can also be found as the second link in a Google search for "master of many forms bible". It seems to be identical to the one from the wizards forums, from what I can tell.
