To explain a little bit further my request, here's the deal on both. The video and the lyrics give most of the idea, but a bit of background info on the first band and an explanation of the second video should help.

Powerwolf is a German power metal band with a specific theme regarding the Eastern Europe legends about the creatures of the night (in specific vampires and werewolves) and somewhat heavy religious themes. In specific, think of the typical "creatures of the night" (vampires and werewolves, but also those possessed by fiends and black magic users), throwing their lot with the forces of Good (and perhaps also Law) against the forces of Evil with singular devotion - they relish on their job, and worship with zeal. Think about the Royal Order of Protestant Knights (from the anime Hellsing) and their willingness to work with the creatures of the night, but with the particular zeal of Vatican Section XIII, "Iscariot" (from the same anime).

The song "Fame and Gloria" from Amberian Dawn deals with an all-female group of skilled warriors, which apparently take the guise of pirates and fight for the same reasons, but the video itself has some strong feminist themes (empowerment of women, mostly).

With all that background knowledge, using either 3.5 or Pathfinder, how would you build both sides for a campaign? General ideas help, and some background hooks for specific campaign settings (mostly Faerun, Eberron and Golarion) - I'd love to set those characters if I get to run a campaign again as world NPCs, potential patrons and even foes of my PCs.
