Hello everyone, I've only posted once before so please be nice!
I'm looking for a fun, yet still playable optimized 3.5 character to play in a campaign coming up in the future. I've got fairly decent experience in 3.5, and im looking for some advice on a good build. The details are as follows:
-Level 5, campaign ending probably around the level 10 area.
-All books except campaign specific ones, Unearthed Arcana and dragon magazine articles.
-Looking to go some sort of fighter/tank build to fit that niche in our party (even though I know fighters themselves are not that great)
-Thinking maybe a spiked chain AoO build? Just a suggestion though

EDIT: forgot to mention that although it isn't the main feature of the campaign, diplomacy will play a large role.
