Trying to find a feat: Deft Shot

So i was going through some old notes transcribing them into word documents, and i came across a build for an NPC. It had a feat called "Deft strike" on it, which i cannot find in any of the books i have. ANyone know where it is from? It has to be in a book, i make a strict rule of never homebrewing feats, ever.
