does this ability make it so you get 30 or 60ft move as a bonus action via dash?
when using disengage, you get 30ft as a bonus action?

Dash gives you additional movement speed equal to your normal speed. If your base speed is 30 ft, then you gain 30 ft for a total of 60 ft. This applies to swim and fly speeds as well, so an Aarakocra can move a grand total of 150 ft while using Cunning Action and the action to Dash; added movement from Mobile or Monk will also be increased when Dashing.

Disengage gives you no movement, but lets you move away without incurring an Attack of Opportunity.

So, to clarify, yes, you can go...

Action: Disengage
Bonus Action: Dash 30 ft
Movement: Move 30 ft

...and thereby move 60 ft without getting hit.

The additional freedom of movement is probably the main benefit of Cunning Action (excluding possible archetype features).

As above with more examples:

A. You start next to the mob. You use your attack action and attack. You use your bonus action for a cunning action to disengage, ensuring no AoO. You use your move action to move [standard movement speed] away.

B. You start 50 feet away. You use your move action to move [standard movement speed] towards mob. You use your cunning action to dash an additional [standard movement speed] to come within 5' attack range of mob. You use your attack action to attack.

If you take the disengage as bonus action you may not move without using movement. Then you get nornal movement

With dash you can if you use movement twice this amount; again; you don't move with your bonus action

There's no move action in 5e

There's no move action in 5e

Technically true - but getting that notion of out the heads of 3.PF players is an uphill battle.

There's no Action associated with movement, as you can't trade that action for another - but since you can't trade any other action for another, there's no harm in describing movement as an action, that, like the Attack Action, can be sprinkled throughout other actions.

Not having paid any attention to the playtesting for 5E, I don't know what the rationale was for removing the word 'Action' from 'Movement' but outside of just trying to differentiate it from 3.X, it has only created confusion, and pedantic comments.
