So the general concept for this villain is an Aranea that replaces its Sorcerer casting with Psion progression up to effective caster level 11, then takes levels in Thrallherd and Bodyleech to attract a large cult following while using them as power sources while wrapped in cocoons of webbing.
The Aranea will basically be the leader of a cult based on "renewing the spirit" or some other load of bull, convincing her followers to subject themselves to being placed in her stasis cocoons so she can draw on them for power.
How exactly should this villain be built? Are there specific rules for replacing innate casting with psionic equivalents? How many levels of Psion/Thrallherd/Bodyleech should she take?
