Ways to boost the AoE of a 3rd level Evocation Air spell

The spell in question is Pebble Wind (DoF). It is described as working like Gust of Wind and I shall operate under the assumption anything that would work on Gust of Wind specifically would also work on this.

Metamagic Widen feat is the obvious choice, but not only is it terrible, its insufficient. I want to get the area from a 20 ft spread to at least a 100 ft.

So yes, literally anything; from optional material compoents, to planar traits, to monster and PrC abilities; is fair game here. All ideas welcome :smallsmile:
