Simple polymorph question.

So I've read all the polymorph guides and all that. What I was wondering is if there was a list somewhere showing good forms by size? As in good combat forms that allow you to use gear and cast spells, but are medium sized. For if you were in tunnels and such. So far the best I found is the girallon.
