The concept is centered around a non-combat-spellcasting character that is the epitome of a true warrior; resilient and deadly.

To this end, I thought up this build:

Point Buy: 15 Str, 14 Dex, 14 Con, 8 Int, 12 Wis, 8 Cha
Race: Variant Human (+1 Str, +1 Wis; Tough Feat)
Classes: Totem Barbarian 9 (Bear/Eagle)/Assassin Rogue 5/Champion Fighter 3/Hunter Ranger 3
Weapon: Rapier (use strength, but fulfills the finesse requisites)
Armor: Half-Plate with Shield

Totem Barbarian Benefits

Resistance to all damage at level 3 (Bear) except psychic
Gain Advantage on Attacks
Advantage on Dex Saves
Bonus Damage to all Attacks
High Health
Speed Increase
Extra Attack
Ridiculous vision (Eagle)
Advantage on Initiative Rolls
Negate Surprises
Roll additional weapon damage die on critical

Assassin Rogue Benefits

Significant extra damage on one attack per turn

Double chance for criticals and increased damage of criticals
Rage Damage, Sneak Attack Damage, Dueling Fighting Style, and Collosus Slayer make for one hell of an attack to crit on
3 ASI to get 20 Strength and Lucky for Saves you have to make

Flaws

Creatures get advantage on attacks against you while using Reckless Attack
Susceptible to Status Effects
Has to maintain Rage
Only 3 ASI
Overall Low Ability Scores (only 1 above 14)
Only 4 Rages per Long Rest
Lower Damage than THF

Progression:
Totem Barbarian 5/Assassin 5/Champion 3/Hunter 3/ Barbarian 9

Final Stats: 20 Str, 14 Dex, 14 Con, 8 Int, 13 Wis, 8 Cha
AC: 20

The concept is centered around a non-magical character that is the epitome of a true warrior; resilient and deadly.

How is this non-magical?

Totem Warrior "adding magical fuel to your barbarian rage"
Ranger "you have learned to use the magical essence of nature"

Your concept doesn't work. You either need to drop the idea that it isn't magic, or switch to berserker and spell-less ranger variant.

Perhaps I should say non-spellcasting.

Switch ranger with the spelless ranger you keep up with the no magic theme and you get a couple of battle maneuvers.

Flaws

Only 3 Rages per Long Rest
Only +4 Proficiency Bonus, and only +3 for majority of build

You might not be aware, but Proficiency Bonus is dependent on total character level (pbp 163). Also, as a Level 9 barb, you have 4 rages per long rest, not 3.

Fixed, thanks for pointing that out.

Also, when I said non-magic, I meant no spellcasting in combat. It's literally impossible to have a non-magical character in D&D and do well. If you don't gain magic innately from your class or race, you gain it in the form of weapons, armor, trinkets, and gadgets. There is something magical about every character in D&D eventually. I updated to post to say "non-combat-spellcasting" for complete clarity.
