metamagic spell trigger feat and item familiar

I'm pretty sure i saw somewhere the metamagic spell trigger feat (the same as the ability in the incantatrix PrC). Same with item familiar, i recall someone saying it was in complete arcane but can't find it...If anyone knows where i can find them please tell me:smallbiggrin:

I believe Item Familiar is in Unearthed Arcana. Not sure, but just recalling. I am almost positive it is NOT in any of the Complete books.
