There was some feat or class feature that lets you use your own caster level instead of the item's for spell trigger items such as wands. What was that called again?

Staff-Like Wand (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/wizard/arcane-discoveries/arcane-discoveries-paizo/staff-like-wand) is probably what you're looking for.

Are there any other versions of it? I think I saw it as something for the Magus or Sorcerers.

You mean Wand Strike, a Magus Arcana?

The Magus has:
-Scroll Mastery, which lets you burn an APP in exchange for using your in instead of the standard int on a scroll.
-Rod Mastery and Rod Wielder, which are useless.
-Wand Mastery, which lets you use your int instead of standard int when activating a wand.
-Wand Wielder, which lets you activate a wand or staff instead of a spell with spell combat. Presumably, this overrides the 'nothing in your off hands' clause of spell combat, but YMMV.

The Wizard has:
-Scrollmaster archetype, which uses his own int and caster level in place of that on the scroll. 10th level. Also gives you to absolutely ridiculous abilities at low levels.
