Is there a feat anywhere (mythic or otherwise) that allows an Oracle to use metamagic without increasing time? Failing that, is there any way I can get that ability without multiclassing out of Oracle?

There's Spontaneous Metafocus (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/spontaneous-metafocus), but it's garbage. 3.5 had some good ones if you could port those in.

Eldritch heritage for the arcane bloodline lets you cast without increased time. Not exactly ideal since spontaneous metafocus lacks the usage limitations and is available for only one feat. Might be an item somewhere?

There is of course, the other side of the coin: Jaunt Boots let you 15-foot-step thrice per day for 7.2k, and a Quickrunner's shirt lest one take a swift to move as per move action once per day for 1k. I don't know if this is helpfull, but it lets you spontaneously metamagic and move at the same time.

Doesn't the Jaunt Boots require me to spend a standard action in order to take that 15 ft step?
