Acrobatics
With sufficient ranks in Acrobatics, you earn the following.

5 Ranks

Double any bonuses gained from the Acrobatic feat.
You can move at normal speed through a threatened square without provoking an attack of opportunity by increasing the DC of the check by 5 (instead of by 10).
You aren't denied your Dexterity bonus when attempting Acrobatics checks with DCs of 20 or lower.
You do not provoke attacks of opportunity when standing up from prone.

10 Ranks:

Double the result of any Acrobatics check when jumping and never fall prone at the end of a fall as long as you remain conscious.
Liquids can be balanced on through Acrobatics checks, with a DC equal to triple the Swim DC of the liquid.
When using Acrobatics to balance on a narrow surface, halve the Surface Width's listed for the Base Acrobatics DC's (so "Greater than 1 and a half feet wide" is DC 0, "3–5 inches wide" is DC 10, "Less than an inch wide" is DC 20, and so on).
You can attempt an Acrobatics check at a –10 penalty and use the result as your CMD against trip maneuvers. You can also attempt an Acrobatics check at a –10 penalty in place of a Reflex save to avoid falling. You must choose to use this ability before the trip attempt or Reflex save is rolled.
Your weight is halved for the purpose of how much weight you impose on things your standing on and when other creatures carry you.
With a successful DC 20 Acrobatics check, you treat an unintentional fall as 10 feet shorter plus 10 feet for every 10 by which you exceed the DC, and treat an intentional fall as 20 feet shorter for every 10 by which you exceed the DC.

15 Ranks:
You can move at normal speed through a threatened square without provoking an attack of opportunity without increasing the DC of the check.
Quintuple the result of any Acrobatics check when jumping.
With a successful DC 20 Acrobatics check, you treat an unintentional fall as 10 feet shorter plus 20 feet for every 10 by which you exceed the DC, and treat an intentional fall as 50 feet shorter for every 10 by which you exceed the DC.
Jumps can be used as a form of overland movement. At the start of each hour or day of overland movement, the character can make an acrobatics check (DC 0) which doubles their effective movement speed for every 10 by which you exceed the DC during that instance of overland movement. This form of overland movement is not slowed by terrain as you simply go over it. A character can overland-leap for an hour per point of constitution without a problem, overland-leaping for another hour in between sleep cycles deals 1 point of constitution damage, and each additional hour deals twice the damage taken during the previous hour of overland-leaping. A character who takes any constitution damage from this movement becomes exhausted.

20 Ranks:

Triple any bonuses gained from the Acrobatic feat.
You are immune to fall damage.
You can make acrobatics checks in place of Armour Class, taking a -20 penalty.
The DC of balancing on liquids is reduced to equal double the Swim DC of the liquid.
Clouds and mists can be balanced on through Acrobatics checks (DC 50).

Appraise
With sufficient ranks in Appraise, you earn the following.

5 Ranks

The DC to determine the value of a common item is reduced to 15.
You may appraise an item as a move action, and determine the most valuable object in a group (such as a treasure hoard) as a standard action.
You can determine the magical properties of an item by spending a minute studying the item and succeeding on an appraise check (DC 15 + item's caster level)
You can use Appraise to detect non-written forgeries and counterfeits.
You never make a wildly inaccurate appraisal of an item's value.
You gain a bonus equal to your appraise ranks on Craft and Profession checks to produce wealth.

10 Ranks:

The DC to determine the value of a common item is reduced to 10.
You may appraise an item as a swift action, and determine the most valuable object in a group as a move action.
You can determine the magical properties of an item by spending a full-round action while within 30 ft. of the item.
You can dig up information on objects of legend, this functions as legend lore except that it only works on getting information on legendary objects or major items used by legendary figures. This ability can be used once per week for every five ranks in appraise you possess. This ability has a caster level equal to your appraise ranks.
You gain a +2 bonus per 5 ranks of appraise on combat maneuver checks to perform disarm, steal or sunder maneuvers.
You gain a bonus equal to your appraise ranks on checks to produce capital through the downtime system.
You may use appraise in place of bluff and diplomacy checks in situations relating to trade of resources or goods.
You may attempt to determine the hit dice, base attack bonus, and caster level of an individual with a standard action Appraise check (DC 20 + 1/2 Hit Dice).

You can substitute an Appraise check at a –10 penalty for a Will save to disbelieve an illusion effect.

The Acrobatic unlocks are pretty fun though the overland travel unlock made me think of Naruto. I like how appraise has some more solid handles to work with these also.
