Can someone explain how to sell the damned Steam Cards?

Open the Steam client, select the card in your inventory and then click the button to either sell it or convert it to gems (the latter being something you'd probably only bother with if you *were* collecting a set of them). If you select Sell you have to fill in the price ("buyer pays" or "you receive"--the other one will be filled in automatically) and select to agree to the terms and conditions, and you're good to go.

Note that Steam have added a pain in the rump feature whereby you have to use the "mobile authenticator" for your sale to go up immediately, otherwise it'll be held for 15 days. If you don't have the required Android or iOS phone needed for that, tough.
